When registering on uniperks, you’ll be asked to confirm your student status in one of three ways: 

  • Logging in through your university system (e.g., USOS or eDziekanat) 
  • Providing your university email address 
  • Uploading a photo or scan of your student ID or the screenshot of your Student eID from the mObywatel app

The verification method depends on your university. The system will automatically display the available options. The process is secure and takes only a few minutes. 

Yes! We accept screenshots from the mObywatel app. Please make sure your screenshots clearly show: 

  • Name and surname 
  • Student ID number 
  • University name 

💡 Tip: Some phones block screenshots in mObywatel. Check your phone settings or take a photo of the screen with another device. If two images are required, upload both screenshots, ensuring that all necessary information is visible. 

Yes! Uniperks student discounts are available for all verified university students in Poland. There is no age limit, discounts so you can enjoy Uniperks discounts even if you’re 26 or older. 

Verification typically takes up to 48 hours on weekdays. During peak periods (like the start of the semester), it may take slightly longer. You will receive an email with the decision as soon as we review your application.

Some universities do not provide students with email addresses automatically and you must apply for one. Try searching in Google, for example, “UW poczta studencka” or “Łazarski Office365”, because you may have access to the e-mail that you're not aware of. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us using the form below, providing the name of the university in question.

  • Check your SPAM/Junk mail folder – our messages sometimes end up there
  • Please wait 5-10 minutes - some university servers are experiencing delays
  • If you still have no message, please report the problem using the form, providing the name of the university and your email address. 

Your university may use different email domains (e.g., @student.uw.edu.pl and @uw.edu.pl). If your domain isn't recognised: 

  1. Report it via the form 
  2. Please provide your exact email address and university name 
  3. We will verify and add your domain to the system 

This error may mean that: 

  • You have already created an account before (check other email addresses by entering “uniperks” in your inbox) 
  • Someone used your album number when registering – if this is the case, please report the problem via the form, providing the name of the university, album number or email address and a description of the situation. 
  1. Forgot your password? → Use the "Forgot your password" option on the login page 
  2. Forgot your email address? → Report via the form, providing:  
    • Name and surname 
    • Name of the university 
    • Possible email addresses 

Until you have confirmed your student status, you can: 

  1. Log in to your account 
  2. Go to verification 
  3. Fill out the form again with the correct data 
  4. If you have confirmed your student status, you can edit your profile details.

Currently discounts is available only to students of universities located in Poland.

We respond to applications in the order they are received, usually within 2-3 business days.

⚠️ Please notice: Sending subsequent requests for the same thing does not speed up the response – on the contrary, it may delay it.

Contact us via contact form – always provide the name of your university and the email address you use to register your account, if you have registered, this significantly speeds up the solution to the problem! 💪
